They have been wonderful to work with and are very responsive. Unfortunately, my apartment had several maintenance issues when I moved in, but they were ALL fixed within a couple days. The maintenance workers were very nice, respectful and did a fantastic job. Great place to live

submitted by Kimberly M. - |Recommended: NoPoor at Best — I am contacting you to express my deep disappointment with our experience moving our daughter into Stadium View in Bozeman, MT. Given the 1100 month rent expense, I had much higher expectations. My daughter moved in on August 18th. Thankfully, we chose to move in that day didn’t postpone to the weekend as we received an email mid-day on that Friday indicating that you had to be to Bozeman by that afternoon to get your keys or otherwise wait until the following week as the office would be closed over the weekend. This seems odd to me given that it’s move-in time right before the start of a semester. I would think there would be appropriate staffing to enable a smooth move-in process at this one time of year. We found the exterior and landscaping to be poor. There is siding falling off of every building much of it just laying on top of the roof or on the ground . The landscaping looked as though it had not been watered or maintained for months. The door to her building was missing a window it was boarded up . But, that was not the worst impression. When we entered the hall stairwell… it was just plain filthy. And, I don’t mean “dirt tracked in due to moving day” dirty. The walls were dirty stained. The floor was covered with dirt, paint splatter, leaves, trash, etc. The handrail is disgusting. And so forth. The general area in her apartment was a bit better, but baseboards were filthy, the dishwasher apparently was broken when her roommate moved in a few days earlier and the microwave above the stove does not work. Her bedroom had clearly been quickly touched up—the paint didn’t quite match where touched up. The floor had burn marks in it. There was an outlet cover missing. The glass cover for the light on her ceiling fan is missing. The wall unit heater has clearly overheated at times. The bathroom was also dirty. There was some kind of orangey-red film on the countertop. The seat on the toilet it only half attached. There is black mold growing behind the toilet and spots on the base molding. The shower was clearly not cleaned. Needless to say, we bought a boat load of cleaning supplies and scoured the bathroom for several hours to bring it up to a livable standard. What’s more, many of the amenities noted on the website are not currently available or appear different than what is featured on your website. Also, there clearly need to be more bike racks as space was consumed overflowing. This is all to say that I think the property should be in better shape given the rent charged more than 4000 for our daughters apartment alone . Our older son also went to school in Bozeman and lived in several other properties around the campus--- we never experienced something even close to this. I understand that college students are not always kind or caring with their living situations, but most of this is either basic building grounds maintenance or between-resident thorough cleaning. I’m not asking for anything other than to encourage you to improve your maintenance, cleaning, upkeep and resident communication. I appreciate your consideration and hope you’ll take this feedback in the spirit in which it is intended.

Paying double isn't allowed because each room is a separate unit. This needs to be addressed by the IT Staff so payment gets applied when it is supposed to.

From smoke smell in the bathroom and a layer of tar to holes in the wall and damages to the wall and ceiling paint everywhere. Our drains wont drain never the less my celling fan is having by just the wire above my bed. All of this was reported immediately and 2 weeks later it still has yet to be fixed.

submitted by Lindsay P. - |Recommended: NoHorrible — My ceiling is leaking when it rains, none of my windows have screens, the dishwasher disposal is beyond loud and shakes the apartment, the apartment was unlivable when we moved in an inch of mold on the ceiling dirt everywhere food stains everywhere, things were broken or missing, smelled like cat pee, bathrooms were trashed, holes in walls, unusable washing machine and dryer due to how dirty they were, light bulbs out or missing, and so much more. All maintenance requests haven’t been answered, got kicked out of my room for 4 hours so they could fix my floor and nothing was done, cat hair around the apartment I don’t have a cat . Overall horrible I’m disgusted and disappointed.

There were missing window screens, most of the door frames were broken, and most of the kitchen appliances didn’t work. There were even mouse traps and poop all across the floors. On top of that they don’t respond to emails, phone calls, or online requests about maintenance and will only fix things deemed an emergency. After living here for one week I wish I had never signed a lease with them.
