|Recommended: YesGood Place — Very homey place to live
|Recommended: YesLively Student Housing for Exhausted Students — That it is a little expensive but for what you get your own bathroom, gym, tanning, utilities included, parking, etc. it is worth it.
|Recommended: YesIT is good for college living. — Fun, exciting, and eye opening
|Recommended: YesGreat property, awful snow service — It's a great place to live and a total game changer having your own bathroom. The walls aren't very thick so you can hear everything. They never plow the parking spots in the winter. In the past week, my car has been stuck twice either trying to get in or out of a spot. They need to get everyone to move their cars for one day and clear all the snow.
|Recommended: YesSpacious, fun, and comfortable — Stadium View is perfect for exactly what I need. This space has been and continues to be a perfect transition from on campus living to living as a self sustaining adult. I am so comfortable and happy to have my home at Stadium View.
|Recommended: YesFar better than living in the dorms — I moved here after two awful semesters in two different dorms. Terrible roommate situations, lack of privacy, and the dining hall food consistently making me sick we’re just a few of the problems. Stadium View offered a good in between from sharing a room and seeing someone else constantly and living all by myself. I am able to go downstairs into the common area and be social or upstairs into my room to study and get some privacy. I also appreciate having a full kitchen so that I can prepare my own food and the fitness center in the complex so that I can keep myself healthy, something that was difficult for me living on campus. Sometimes it is a bit loud living here but it’s rarely too disturbing.
|Recommended: YesUpgragde from dorms — an upgrade from dorms, still local to the school but has some comparable prices in the city for what your getting.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, love the apartment — Great living and a comfortable place, you can make it your own.
|Recommended: YesReally nice but on the pricier end — its nice but pricey
|Recommended: YesFantastic — Great place
|Recommended: YesPretty decent — falling on ice every time you go outside... other than that, pretty nice.
|Recommended: YesNice place to live considering location and amenities included with rent. — It would be nice if guests were allowed to park when they stay overnight without the worry of getting towed. I once got towed from SV even though I am a resident because my pass fell down inside the vehicle. Otherwise parking is plentiful. I can't hear other neighbors on the same floor, but I can hear my roommate whose room is right next to mine pretty well. SV grounds are nice, except for the large amounts of ice buildup during the winter. I really like the apartment and my room. The only downfall in that category is just that the heat is not central heating. I do however like that furniture and utilities are included in the rent. When we moved in, our lint trap in our dryer was missing so we called maintenance to come replace it and they were very rude. Besides maintenance, the office staff is all very nice. I would recommend living here if none of the above issues matter.
