Only thing is that it is expensive, pet owners dont always pick up after their pets, and there is not super great insulation during winter. Everything is usually awesome, and staff is super nice

|Recommended: YesConvenient for students — The apartments are clean and close to campus. Finding people to take your room for the summer is very challenging.
|Recommended: YesStadium View B — Lived here for 2 year and I can say it was well worth it. Aside from the rent price being raised there's nothing wrong with the apartment. If you have good neighbors which I did , get a parking pass trust me on this , and limit your electricity usage these apartment are well worth it. There were plenty of times I rolled out of bed 20 mins till class and made it on time just by walking.
Now the bad, some of their construction is poor. For my apartment some of our light switches were flipped so the left one would turn on the light in the right hallway light, etc. Our counter had a major gap in it and the dry wall against it but no support problems. I had originally signed for 600 my first year 4 bdr but my second thy raised rent to 640, not horrible but still.... come on.
TL DR Pro Great location, utilities paid for, a gym, plenty of parking, sturdy furniture, well noise insulated walls
Con Price, some shoddy construction

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, close to campus and clean — Really great place to live apart from it is expensive compared to other places in Bozeman. Very well kept but the dog excrement does get very irritating and should be more taken care of. Rooms are great size and warm in the winter and cool in the summer so very nice in the varying Bozeman climate. Parking is great, never had an issue finding a spot. Very convenient to get to MSU campus, ultimately really really good.
